*Please also note that we require all of our users to whitelist their private wallets before making any deposits from them and there is no minimum deposit however, there will be a minimum trade size of $25 USDT worth.
Initial withdrawal after whitelisting will be limited to USD 200 until the wallet has been verified as belonging to the user. This provides your account with an extra layer of security and serves to guard against any unauthorised activity. Please allow up to 3-5 days for the entire verification process to be completed.
You can choose to whitelist your wallet from 3 options:
1. Via Deposit
2. Via Withdrawal
3. Via Whitelisting Request
Step 1: Select “Whitelist this Wallet” at the bottom.
Complete the following:
- Whitelisting Wallet Address
- Deposit Amount
- Wallet Label
Make sure to check “I certify this is my own wallet”
Step 2: Double check the amount to be deposited and wallet addresses.
Step 3: You can either scan the QR code or you can copy the deposit address.
Step 4: After confirming the transaction, click on “Done? Check Whitelisting Status” and you will be directed to the request status page.
Your Whitelist request status will be updated within 5-30 mins.
In addition, please note that due to strict regulatory requirements in place around digital asset value transfers Singapore-based users are currently only able to make value transfers to and from private wallets that have been whitelisted.
Step 5: After your wallet has been whitelisted, you can check your balance and deposits in the Portfolio Overview and Transaction History sections.
You will then be able to edit your address label under Whitelisted Address.
You will also be able to withdraw money to your whitelisted wallet.
To withdraw money to your whitelisted address, select “Withdrawing to my personal wallet” and follow the steps set out.
